🪴 Plant Condition
You will receive the exact plant you select. Each plant is actively growing and may continue to develop between the time of purchase and shipping.
Depending on the timing of your purchase, your plant may be larger than shown in the original listing photos.
Want to see an updated photo before shipping? Feel free to reach out—I’m happy to provide one! 📸
☠️ “DOA” Policy
If your plant arrives dead or in poor health, please contact me within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Be sure to include clear photos showing the condition of the plant upon arrival.
Once I receive your message and photos, I will do my best to assist you and work toward the best possible solution to resolve the issue.
However, after the initial 24-hour period, the plant is considered to be in your care, and I cannot take responsibility for any decline in plant health beyond that point.
☀️/❄️ Extreme Weather Warning
If your local temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F or rise above 95°F, I strongly recommend delaying shipment to help ensure your plant arrives safely and in good condition.
🌡️ Plant Holding: I’m happy to hold your order for up to 2 weeks at no additional charge while you wait for more favorable weather conditions.
📦 Weather-Proof Packaging: If you prefer not to wait, I can provide weather-proof packaging for $5 per plant to offer additional protection during extreme temperatures.
If you would like to delay your shipment or add weather-proof packaging, please feel free to message me and we can arrange the best option for your order.
