☠️ “DOA” Policy

If your plant arrives dead or in poor health, please contact me within 24 hours of the delivery time.

Be sure to include clear photos showing the condition of the plant upon arrival.

Once I receive your message and photos, I will do my best to assist you and work toward the best possible solution to resolve the issue.

However, after the initial 24-hour period, the plant is considered to be in your care, and I cannot take responsibility for any decline in plant health beyond that point.

If your local temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F or rise above 95°F, I strongly recommend delaying shipment to help ensure your plant arrives safely and in good condition.

📦 Weather-Proof Packaging: If you prefer not to wait, I can provide weather-proof packaging for $5 per plant to offer additional protection during extreme temperatures.
